- Provides higher level of desk side technical support.
- Virtualization Solution/Server and Widows Server administration and management.
- Network / Network Security administration and management.
- Backup server administration and management.
- Supervision of 3rd party Desk side service provider.
- Coordination to MMC IT in the creation, modification and deletion of users and profiles for different servers located at MMC facilities.
- Data center administration, monitoring and management.
- Inventory management and administration of existing IT equipment.
- Assists in the development, installation and implementation of different solutions in the IT infrastructure.
- Assists in the implementation and installation of security control mechanism on all IT infrastructure hardware and software to safeguard this asset against unscrupulous usage.
- Coordinates with infrastructure manager in developing a scheme on how to efficiency distribute voice and data facilities to users.
- Recommends to infrastructure manager matters pertaining to the improvement of infrastructure and telecommunication system of the company.
- Performs safety duties and responsibilities and complies with all the safety standards indicated in the Safety Manual.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time the IT Infrastructure Manager.
- Computer Engineering or Electronic Communication Engineering.
- Experience in leading teams in the areas of Network Administration, Cloud and IT Infrastructure Management.
- Willing to Assign in BGC Based
