We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic IT Internship (with allowance) to assist our IT department with a variety of tasks. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience, work on real-world projects, and develop skills in IT support, systems management, and cybersecurity. The ideal candidate is a proactive learner with a strong interest in technology and a desire to contribute to our IT operations.

- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
- Provide technical support to staff and end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Help manage and maintain the company's network infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems.
- Document and track IT issues, solutions, and processes using ticketing systems and other tools.
- Assist with software installations, updates, and patch management.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives, including system upgrades and new technology implementations.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and resolve technical problems and improve IT processes.
- Current enrollment in a relevant degree program (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity) or recent graduate.
- Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, mac OS, Linux) and office productivity software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Enthusiasm for learning and staying updated on the latest technology trends.
- Knowledge of networking concepts (e.g., IP addressing, subnetting, VPNs).
- Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Power Shell).
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with IT service management tools and practices.
- Work onsite

Monday to Saturday (7am to 4pm)
- Must be flexible for shift change and for on-call duties

Unit 1E, Philexcel Business Park Annex, Clark Freeport Zone, 2023, Pampanga, Philippines.
