IT Support Specialist (Advertising)

We are currently looking for an IT Support Specialist for Philippines operation.
The IT Staff will provide assistance to the IT manager in the administrative tasks of the IT department like, setup / configuration / inventory / troubleshooting of IT equipment, first level user helpdesk support in the office/wfh, assist in the backup and clean-up of network files, etc.
Job Description:
- Provide 1st level of user help desk support to users in the office and work from home setup. Support includes troubleshooting of user issues, finding solutions to user queries and requirements, etc.
- Troubleshoot user’s issues with their equipment and the office equipment.
- Assist in the setup, cleanup and configuration of IT Equipment.
- Help the IT manager in the backup, management of user files
- Clean-up of all returned, borrowed and service units. Ensure any form of Mullen Lowe Treyna data is removed in the devices.
- Assist in the inventory of all IT equipment
- Performs other IT functions designated by the immediate supervisor
- Good working knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Know-how in HW and communication maintenance
- Good working knowledge with Office 365 applications.
- Knowledge of the Mac Operating System is an advantage.
- Strong technical and working knowledge on hardware, software and network systems.
- Abreast in the latest hardware, software and digital technology
- Preferably with experience in handling PCs, laptops, Server software and equipment
- Working knowledge on Windows environments (Windows 10/11, Windows Server)
- Knowledge of the Mac Operating System is an advantage.
- Networking knowledge and skill is a plus
