We are looking for a dynamic and creative Junior Marketing Associate to manage and grow our presence across multiple social media platforms, including Viber Community, X (formerly Twitter), Linked In, You Tube, and others. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing social media strategies, engaging with online communities, and driving brand awareness and engagement across these channels. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, community building, and content creation.

This full-time role is based in Makati City on a full-time on-site work arrangement.
Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management: Oversee and manage social media accounts, including Viber Community, X, Linked In, You Tube, and other relevant platforms.
• Content Creation: Develop and schedule engaging and relevant content (posts, videos, stories, polls, etc.) tailored to each platform’s audience and guidelines.
• Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers and community members by responding to comments, answering inquiries, and fostering meaningful conversations.
• Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns, including product amplifications, collaborations, promotions, and giveaways.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, click-through rates, and followers growth) and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Trend Spotting: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities, and incorporate them into strategies where relevant.
• Cross-Platform Strategy: Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all social media platforms.
• Influencer Outreach: Assist in identifying and reaching out to influencers and partners for potential collaborations and partnerships.
• Video Management: Coordinate You Tube content production, including video uploads, optimization, and managing video comments and engagement.
• Brand Voice & Messaging: Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all social platforms, tailoring the approach to suit the tone and audience of each platform.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Strong content creation skills with the ability to create compelling text, visuals, and videos for different platforms.
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools to track performance and optimize campaigns.
• Excellent communication and community engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously and ensure consistent content posting and interaction.
• A creative mindset with a strong understanding of how to engage audiences across different platforms.
• Familiarity with social media best practices, trends, and platform-specific algorithms.

Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
• Overtime pay

• Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
