JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new accounts
2. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
3. Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all account requests
4. Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes
5. Collecting and analyzing sales data
6. Keeping accurate records pertaining to sales volume, sales value, and inventory
7. Identifying industry trends and practices
8. Study original material and plan sent by headquarters, prepare guidelines for localization, do initial presentation for training plan, strategy on execution, add/remove parts depending on applicability on local market
9. Practice presentation, prepare training schedule, training flow and audit plan to manager for feedback. Make changes as advised
10. Conduct the training, assessment, give result to manager
11. Prepare E-learning version of the training, release and monitor daily progress of each sub-team including participation rate, completion rate, and passing rate.
12. Prepare ad hoc tasks that maybe assigned from time to. Willing to do fieldwork when the need arises.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
1. MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR WORKING EXPERIENCE IN APPLIANCES INDUSTRY
2. Bachelor’s degree in sales, communications, business administrative or any related field
3. Fluent in English and Tagalog
4. Strong interpersonal skills, written, and oral communication skills
5. Proficient in using Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point Presentation)
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment
7. Willing to do fieldwork nationwide in Philippines
