Location:Manila, PH

• Dev Ops Management: Oversee and manage Dev Ops processes and tools, specifically focusing on SAP Solution Manager (Cha RM, Retrofit, Focused Build), ADO Pipelines, and SAP Business Technology Platform (Azure Dev Ops, SAP Cloud ALM).
• Integration: Integrate testing tools with Cha RM and Azure Dev Ops to streamline and enhance testing and deployment processes.
• Analytics and Dashboards: Develop and maintain Dev Ops-related analytics and dashboards to provide insights and support decision making processes.
• Change Management: Build and support change management processes across our SAP ecosystems, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions across project releases.
• Focused Build Utilization: Manage Focused Build for SAP Solution Manager to handle requirements / process / change / test / release management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
• At least 5 years of applied experience in (SAP Basis in a Dev Ops for SAP environment with responsibilities focused on change management using SAP Solution Manager – Standalone / Retrofit process, Cha RM, Focused Build & Insights; SAP Business Technology Platform; Azure Dev Ops (or any similar toolkit), integration of testing tools with Cha RM, ADO, and building Dev Ops-related analytics and dashboards)
• At least 5 years of project implementation & support experience in (module, programming, etc)
• Strong foundation in (Dev Ops for SAP)
• Good understanding of change management in SAP and integration of Dev Ops tools to streamline, adhere to, and improve existing change management processes.
• Knowledge of (SAP Cloud ALM and SAP Business Technology Platform) would be an advantage.
  
  

• SAP Basis - Solution Manager:
  • Configure and manage the Cha RM module within SAP Solution Manager (Sol Man)
  • Applied experience in the Standalone/Retrofit process in Sol Man
  • Applied experience in configuration and administration of Focused Build & Insights for SAP Solution Manager
  • Deep knowledge in SAP Focused Solutions & SAP Cloud ALM
  • Experience supporting multiple projects in SAP Sol Man
• Azure Dev Ops Engineering Skills
  • Design & implement build & release pipelines (nice to have)
  • Implement and maintain security and compliance plan
  • Maintain & update change management strategies
