What we're looking for
The Learning and Development (L&D) Senior Specialist is responsible for assessing and identifying leadership development needs, designing and implementing leadership development programs, and evaluating their effectiveness. This role ensures that all learning initiatives align with the company's business strategy and support employee performance. The L&D Senior Specialist will manage relationships with learning partners, coordinate L&D events, and maintain accurate records of all L&D activities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Manage Budget and ensure cost efficiency
- Ensure cost-effective use of resources while maintaining quality in leadership development programs
- Manage relationships, budget, and coordination with learning partners/providers
- Thoroughly Assess and identify leadership development needs to optimize resource allocation
- Parse through needs and design leadership development programs that align with the business strategy and help meet the company's targets.
- Ensure all learning needs are met to support employee performance and development
- Send out communications on pre/post-course information to participants, facilitators, and participants' supervisors, including printed/electronic materials/collaterals, and training decks needed in the program/session;
- Collate details from feedback forms and summarize in the required template for submission to the L&D Manager and relevant facilitators;
- Run leadership development programs through facilitation and in depth processing, including helping leaders think through asking the right questions;
- Set up a system to effectively assess the effectiveness of leadership development programs and recalibrate where necessary;
- Manage the coordination and execution of L&D events by scheduling, booking, and ensuring the technical readiness of conference rooms and venues, including the facilitation of booking travel and lodging and other arrangements required for speakers (in-house or third party);
- Collect, collate, and organize data/inputs required for regular reports, data analysis, assessments, and meeting presentation decks;
- Organize, file, and update an inventory of all digital and paper collaterals for L&D programs;
- Keep up to date with learning trends and utilize marketing communication principles to impart important information/key takeaways that catch and retain readers' attention;
- Perform related tasks assigned from time to time
- Degree in Human Resource Development, Psychology, or Behavioral Science course
- Minimum of 5 years’ work experience in learning needs assessment, leadership development program design and facilitation.
- Work experience in an HRBP capacity is ideal.
- Work involvement in OD is ideal
- Certification in Human Resource Business Partnership (HRBP) is ideal.
1. Leadership Development Expertise
- Proven experience in assessing leadership needs, designing development programs, and facilitating leadership training
- Ability to identify and analyze the leadership development needs of individuals and groups within the organization.
- Ability to select and use appropriate tools and methods for assessing leadership needs and evaluating program effectiveness.
- The capability to create structured and effective leadership development programs that align with the company's business strategy.
- The skill of guiding and managing group discussions and activities to ensure productive learning experiences.
- Capability to creatively utilize available tools and innovate processes to enhance learning and development outcomes.
Pay: Php34,000.00 - Php41,000.00 per month
