- Graduate of Business admin courses: Human Resource, Political Science, and the like
- 6 months - 1 year related working experience as legal assistant
- Computer Literate
- Has experience in PO
- Keen to details and able to do Multi-tasking
- Good Communication Skills
- Willing to work onsite
1. Admin work
- Arrange travel of General Counsel as needed.
- Handle reimbursement of expenses of GC as needed.
- From time to time arrange meeting of GC.
- Monitor/order of office supplies.
- Arrange board meetings from time to time
- Printing, routing signatures and filing of minutes of the meetings of all UL companies.
- Printing, routing, notarization and release of secretary’s certificates.
- Printing, routing, and filing of various documents.
- Printing, scanning, notarization of other corporate documents as may be requested or needed.
- Printing, routing, notarization of annual audit requirements, from time to time
- Receives invoices from lawyers.
- Secure approval of GC invoices.
- Processing of invoices for payment.
- Answer queries related to status of billings.
- Monitors legal spend versus budget
- Receives documents
- Liaison with external counsels, other parties on transmission of documents and correspondences
- Other tasks that may be directed by the GC/team.
Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
