Qualifications:
Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
- Candidate must be a degree holder in Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) or Juris Doctor (J.D.)
- Member in good standing of the Philippine Bar.
- Knowledgeable in Corporate Law, Debt collection laws and practices, and DOLE requirements and rulings.
- Amenable to work at Southwoods, Biñan, Laguna
- Assist in providing strategic legal advice, opinions and guidance to senior management and various departments on a wide range of legal issues related to business operations, policies, contracts and employment.
- Draft, review and negotiate various agreements and contracts while ensuring compliance with group policies and applicable laws and regulations.
- Advise, monitor, and assignment in positions involved in regulatory compliance including regulations relating to data privacy, SEC, DOLE, DENR, and DHSUD.
Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
