Liaison cum Admin Assistant

The Administrative Assistant facilitates the efficient operation of the assigned department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. All communication and collaboration must be aligned with the company’s vision to create a Smart Sustainable City thru the technologies and projects that we develop.
Responsibilities
  • Forming and fostering relationships with agencies and outside personnel.
  • Detecting opportunities for meaningful collaboration within and across industries.
  • Friendly and efficient services that surpass our clients' expectations.
  • Picking up and delivering various packages, documentation etc. to specified locations as per the delivery instructions.
  • Application, Collection and execution of any bank related documents for the company
  • Able to ensure that addresses and other transportation details are correct before undertaking any pick-up or drop-off duties
  • Brainstorm and select the most appropriate routes based on your workload.
  • Obliged to perform other tasks/duties commissioned by the superior, regarding work
  • Support with renew and maintain all company’s leases in the PH before its expiry, which includes offices, company apartments.
  • Consistently provides necessary reports such as liquidation etc.
  • Maintaining the company vehicle or equipment used for transportation. This may involve performing routine maintenance, cleaning the vehicle, and ensuring it is in good working condition
  • Transporting packages, documents, and other materials between locations.
  • Use a corporate vehicle to efficiently and safely transport clients, and visitors to various locations.
  • Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed, such as photocopying, printing, and filing.
  • Provide assistance and support to other staff members as needed.
  • Maintaining contact list of partners.
  • Strengthening inter-company cooperation through meetings and collaborative work.
  • To coordinate with the HR, Admin, and other departments regarding deliver and collect documents etc.
  • Provide service, support, and assistance to new and existing employees on their requirements related to work.
  • Assist departments in resolving any issues related to company vehicle registration and renewals
Requirements
  • Associate's degree required
  • 2+ years of experience in a related role
  • Customer-oriented attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to establish and nurture beneficial business relationships
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems
  • Capability to negotiate with and influence others
  • Analytically and mathematically minded to analyze data and create necessary reports
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Good knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
  • Excellent driving skills, with the ability to safely operate vehicles in various weather and traffic conditions.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to perform clerical and administrative tasks.
  • Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours when needed.
  • Prior experience as a driver, messenger, or in a related field is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
