Job Description

• Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring that inventory is well-organized and up-to-date.

• Conduct regular inventory audits and generate reports on stock levels, discrepancies, and trends.

• Coordinate with HQ Admin for timely replenishment of stock, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of all products in compliance with company policies.

• Implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss and damage.

• Act as the point of contact between the company and external parties, including suppliers, government agencies, and service providers.

• Ensure timely submission and processing of documents for business permits, licenses, and regulatory compliance.

• Manage and process payments, documentation, and applications for regulatory compliance purposes.

• Plan and coordinate deliveries, ensuring that shipments are completed in a timely and cost-efficient manner.

• Manage relationships with logistics providers to ensure on-time and safe delivery of goods.

• Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, movement, and any issues encountered.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, particularly those related to inventory control and regulatory documentation.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with inventory management software or systems.

• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to drive a 4-wheel vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license is required.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
