Job Overview: We seek a highly skilled Linked In Ads Expert to enhance our online visibility and help us effectively target property managers, real estate investors, and other decision-makers in the multifamily construction sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and Linked In advertising, preferably within the construction or real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:

• Linked In Advertising: Plan, create, and manage Linked In ad campaigns targeting key audiences within the multifamily construction sector.
• Campaign Strategy: Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads through Linked In advertising.
• Analytics & Reporting: Utilize Linked In analytics and other tools to track campaign performance, monitor engagement, and provide regular reports on key advertising metrics.
• Audience Targeting: Identify and refine target audiences for campaigns to optimize performance and return on investment.
• Industry Expertise: Stay updated on Linked In advertising trends within the construction and real estate industries, making recommendations to enhance our strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Linked In advertising and digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Linked In advertising tools and analytics.
• Familiarity with the construction or real estate industry is highly preferred.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience working with multifamily construction companies or similar industries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
