You will provide day-to-day administration, maintenance, and technical support for the Digital Academy platform and related applications. The role also provides the opportunity to support a wide variety of stakeholders, including students, academics, business support staff and Digital Academy team members.
Specific Responsibilities:
Administrative
  • Provide an essential, high quality, administrative service to the Digital Academy team.
  • Coordinate the input of stakeholders to the Digital Academy e.g. organise regular meetings, take minutes, update project plans.
  • Produce regular data exports from Digital Academy systems for inclusion within reports on engagement and progress.
  • Assist with the development and production of process or policies to establish consistent use of the Digital Academy
Customer Service & Communication
  • Act as the first point of contact for students and staff via the Digital Academy queue in Lib Answers and deal with queries and technical issues, referring on as needed.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to add resources to the Digital Academy - ensuring consistency of format, compliance with governance etc.
  • Coordinate staff and student feedback about the Digital Academy.
  • Prepare communications and liaise across departments to ensure that staff and students are aware of developments relating to the Digital Academy.Technical
  • Assist with implementation and maintenance of Lib Guides software and functions. Undertake training and keep up to date on new developments/functionality.
  • Undertake some elements of web design, delivery and editing e.g. loading new content, removing out-of-date material, checking, and resolving issues with links, ensuring regular reviews of content.

  • Through active networking and research, develop an awareness and knowledge of the Higher Education and legal education market as well as the Law firm market
  • Always maintain a high standard of confidentiality whilst ensuring all relevant staff are kept fully informed of any issues arising.
  • Work with other managers within the Library Service to provide administrative support during busy periods or for specific projects/specialised tasks.
  • Promote the professionalism of the service within the Campus and University as a whole.
Work Arrangement
  • Work Schedule: 3pm to 12am, Monday to Friday
  • Work Location: 9F Robinsons Zeta Tower, Bridgetowne, Ugong Norte, Quezon City. Office is across Tiendesitas and IPI Pasig. Office is accessible from C5 Road, Ortigas, Eastwood, and Rizal areas.
  • This is an on-site work.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
