This position will be responsible for monitoring and entering employee timesheets and schedules, collaborating with various departments to ensure error-free data entry processing, and verifying bi-weekly timekeeping records and ensuring all hours are accounted for. The employee will also assist with regularly updating our HRIS system (Dayforce), reconciling hours with various departments and ensuring hours are submitted and locked. The employee will need to learn and understand the mobile aspect of our HRIS platform, to educated relevant staff on its use and compliance.
Key responsibilities

• Communicate with Managers about employee timekeeping completion
• Review and verify timesheets against approval, getting approval for overtime and stat day worked
• Monthly review Time Away from Work month and follow up with HR for approvals
• Develop process for timesheet entry for IOS and Android entry
• Create and distribute processes for 2025 implementation of faculty timesheet entries.
• Follow up with payroll on missed hours from payroll inbox, ensuring timely capture for any missed hours.
• Follow up on missing SIN numbers with HR and ensure valid SIN for those with expiry dates.
• Consolidate vendor monthly invoices hours verification
• Coordinate with scheduler for estimate of hours by department.
• Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive data

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a data entry or payroll administration role
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong sense of urgency to meet payroll deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft lists and excel
• Working knowledge of payroll software (Ceridian Dayforce is a strong asset)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive data

Work Arrangement

• This is a work on-site arrangement. Candidate must be located in Metro Manila or nearby.
• 9F KMC Zeta Tower Bridgetowne, C5 Road, Brgy Ugong Norte, Quezon City. Building is across IPI (Pasig), near Eastwood and Tiendesitas.
• Work Schedule is Monday to Friday, 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM.
