Job Responsibilities:

• Conducts routine inspections of facilities, premises, and equipment.
• Performs preventative maintenance.
• Handles basic repairs and maintenance.
• Assists in overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
• Diagnoses mechanical issues and correcting them.
• Repairs machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.
• Performs Facility "House Keeping" (around 60 to 80 percent of the time).
• Performs maintenance-related roles based on business requirements.

Job Requirements:

• At Least a High School Diploma.
• Professional presentation and attitude.
• Experience performing routine maintenance.
• Attention to detail, has a positive attitude, and work with integrity.
• Can Start ASAP.

Because of the nature of our business and its changing requirements, this job profile is a general outline of the type of key tasks the job holder will be asked to undertake in their role.
