Property Maintenance Worker - Urban

Job Responsibilities:

Conducts routine inspections of facilities, premises, and equipment.
Performs preventative maintenance.
Handles basic repairs and maintenance.
Assists in overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
Diagnoses mechanical issues and correcting them.
Repairs machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.
Performs Facility "House Keeping" (around 60 to 80 percent of the time).
Performs maintenance-related roles based on business requirements.

Job Requirements:

At Least a High School, Vocational Course, Sr High School Diploma
Professional presentation and attitude.
Experience performing routine maintenance.
Attention to detail, has a positive attitude, and work with integrity.
Can Start ASAP.

General:
Because of the nature of our business and its changing requirements, this job profile is a general outline of the type of key tasks the job holder will be asked to undertake in their role.
