Are you a motivated and detail-oriented administrative professional with a passion for customer service? Join a fast-growing online marketplace that connects people with disability services. This role is key to ensuring seamless service delivery, supporting our network of service providers, and managing their listings and subscriptions on our platform. You’ll also play a vital role in onboarding new clients for providers, helping them grow their businesses and improving customer outcomes.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
  • Support service providers by creating and managing accurate and up-to-date listings on our platform.
  • Assist in reviewing provider subscriptions, ensuring all necessary compliance and insurance documentation is obtained.
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices, manage accounts receivable, and handle provider queries related to subscriptions.
  • Play a key role in onboarding new clients for providers by managing the intake process, entering new clients into the providers’ systems, and resolving any queries.
  • Contribute to invoicing and follow-up on onboarding payments, ensuring all processes run smoothly for both providers and clients.
What We’re Looking For – You’re the perfect fit if you:
  • Have strong experience in customer service, provider support, or administration within allied health or a related field.
  • Are comfortable speaking with people on the phone and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Have a highly organized approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Bring experience in invoicing and accounts receivable, with keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Are comfortable using CRM systems, such as Zoho CRM, and have intermediate skills in Excel, Word, and PDF management.
  • Thrive in a varied role where you can work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
