We area U.S. Company looking for ecommerce business coordinator who can help for marketplaces and dropship sales channels such as nordstrom.com, neimanmarcus.com, QVC, macys.com etc. for fashion company. We also have multiple shopify websites.
Responsibilities
Product data management and pictures Uploading to the marketplaces
Daily order management, shipment tracking, and invoicing
Inventory management, reconciliation
Price management, promotions
Minimum Requirements:
We require minimum 5 years experience with online sales and marketplaces.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Highly organized and strong task management skills required
Fluent and effective communications skills in English
Proficiency in excel and Microsoft office (Vlookups , pivot tables used a lot)
Must love learning new skills. We will train the right candidate.
We use Odoo ERP. If you have experience using these systems it would be a plus.

The company managers in New York. New York team business hours 9am-5pm EST. Minimum 5 hours overlap with New York manager’s business hours required. This is a remote position. You will be working with other team members in USA, Philippines, Pakistan, and Turkey. Multicultural and Positive/ Dynamic Work environment.
