Job Description:

• Responsible in handling material planning, import parts ordering, returnable pallet shipment control, and import price control
• In-charge in all shipment preparations and operations and monitoring orders from ETD to ETA from designated areas and delivery address
• Check actual inventory pallet and updating daily returnable pallet monitoring
• Registration of Imported parts price in the system and consolidate quotations from all origins

Job Qualification:

• College graduate of any four (4) year Business courses
• With at least 1-2 years of work experience in import material planning and ordering
• Knowledge in creating and updating weekly and monthly reports
• Knowledgeable in using MS Applications
• Willing to be assigned in LIMA Malvar Batangas Office
