Responsibilities:

• Converting transcribed diagnostic test results, procedures, and consultation notes into applicable report formats
• Typing out the full forms of medical abbreviations and acronyms, as well as the formal versions of medical jargon
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience
• Conduct training and coaching, including insights and action plans to improve team performance
• Ensure that the client is updated on significant program activities, issues, and concerns through calls, email, meeting, and reports
• Perform other supervisory tasks as required

Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of any medical allied course
• 1 - 2 years Team Lead experience (Healthcare preferred)
• At least 2 years of Medical Scribes/Transcriptionist experience (Audio and Live)
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Amenable working from home
• Must be residing in the Philippines

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
