Medical Scribes / Transcriptionist Manager (WFH)

Responsibilities:
- Converting transcribed diagnostic test results, procedures, and consultation notes into applicable report formats
- Typing out the full forms of medical abbreviations and acronyms, as well as the formal versions of medical jargon
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience
- Conduct training and coaching, including insights and action plans to improve team performance
- Ensure that the client is updated on significant program activities, issues, and concerns through calls, email, meeting, and reports
- Perform other supervisory tasks as required
- Must be a graduate of any medical allied course
- 1 - 2 years Team Lead experience (Healthcare preferred)
- At least 2 years of Medical Scribes/Transcriptionist experience (Audio and Live)
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Amenable working from home
- Must be residing in the Philippines

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
