Mid Level Accountant - AU/NZ Experience (WFH - Day Shift)

Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary
Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential (If applicable).
Work Schedule: 5AM - 2PM, Philippine Time
Work Setup: Work from Home
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Building meaningful relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their issues and providing outstanding and consistent support and advice.
  • Providing general accounting, taxation and business advice to small business clients, including structuring and tax minimisation
  • Supporting the other departments
Requirements:
  • 5 years + experience in public practice is essential
  • Good commercial acumen
  • CA or CPA qualified
  • Proficiency in Xero and Xero Practice Manager
  • A progressive attitude and a strong desire to provide a high level of service to their clients
  • Demonstrated the skills required to manage the end-to-end accounting process in a dynamic environment, whilst coping with a variety of competing priorities
  • Proven small business accounting experience
  • Excellent confidence and communication skills - we talk to our clients daily via phone and video
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
