Job Overview
As a Mortgage Licensing and Compliance Specialist at Core Bridge Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our mortgage services comply with all regulatory requirements and standards. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in detailed, regulatory environments and are looking to impact the operational success of a dynamic company.
Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory Compliance: Monitor changes in mortgage laws and regulations to ensure that all company activities comply with applicable federal and state laws.
Licensing Management: Oversee the preparation and submission of licensing applications, renewals, and records. Ensure meticulous maintenance of all licensing documentation.
Compliance Documentation: Create and maintain compliance manuals, policies, and procedures. Regularly update documentation to reflect changes in laws or company policies.
Audit and Reporting: Prepare for audits by regulatory bodies and participate in the auditing process. Compile and submit regular compliance reports to management.
Risk Management: Identify and assess regulatory risks associated with the company’s mortgage operations. Propose and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Training and Support: Develop and deliver training materials related to compliance policies and practices to staff. Provide ongoing support to ensure team compliance with established regulations.

Qualifications:

Experience: Relevant experience in mortgage licensing, compliance, or a related field.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; paralegal certification is a plus.
Skills: Proficient in using compliance management software and familiar with AI technology in legal applications. Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Language and Communication: Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Availability: Must be available to work during designated hours corresponding to U.S. Pacific Time.
