Move-In Admin Assistant

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Graduate of any 4 year course.
  • preferably with experience in Real Estate and Move In Documentation
  • at least 1 year of working experience related to Documentation and Admin/Clerical Works.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Provides assistance and services to buyers to settle to their new home and to the new community, to achieve the company's objective by producing happy homeowners, through providing the quality standard homes and fine living condition at a reasonable cost.
  • Provide assistance in the processing of move-in documentation and other clerical task to ensure efficiency and effectivity of all Move-in transactions.
  • Prepares and sends notices to buyers through letters of their eligibility to apply for move-in and take possession of their housing unit.
  • Types and routes move-in documents to ensure that buyers will get their documents on time.
  • Prepares monthly billing of water and electrical consumption by encoding meter reading data provided by project management.
  • Prepares request for energization and survey.
  • Collate and Monitors the availability of internal forms to be used in documenting ATMI/ACHEF application of ach buyer.
  • Keeps and arranges move-in documents by filling and recording
  • Prepares and ensures the transmittal of documents to be sent/forwarded to project management.
  • Provides assistance to buyers and applicants for move-in to facilitate the smooth turn-over of their housing units through pre-qualifications on the status of account and unit and orientation of policies, procedures and guidelines for move-in and assessment of payments.
  • Ensures that utilities such as water and power are present and available on the date of buyer's move in to make sure that the unit of the buyers for transfer are with water and electric connection by preparing request for energization on time and by closely coordinating with Technical Services and Construction on the status of application.
  • Monitors and give full attention to buyers complaints to make sure that immediate action are done to rectify it through coordination with site management for proper actions to be taken and gives feedback to buyers if action were already taken.
  • Inform buyers on the status of their units, handle buyer's queries and complaints to satisfy their needs and to relieve the company on its maintenance by sending them notices and answering letters from buyers.
  • Upkeep and updates files of move-in to provide weekly move-in data on all our projects by encoding move-in data that transpire within the week and maintaining an updated file on folder or record notebook.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
