Work Responsibilities

• Screening and assessing the eligibility, personal characteristics, skills and interest of the

clients thoroughly via one-on-one interview and/or group sessions.

• Advise and provide appropriate help to the client/s to what program they fit in based on their goals and motivation.

• Research new marketing ways on how to promote the programs to the potential clients.

• Maintain a database of all the previous and current clients they had engaged.

• Analyzes demographics and other information that can potentially improve marketing performance.

• Maintain fruitful relationships with existing clients.

• Layout, designs and create Marketing and Promotional materials for the company.

• Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available during Man-to-Man approach to the clients.

• Answer question and schedules appointment of clients for consulting.

• Monitors and maintains a list of all messaged accounts for follow up.

• Make sure that KPI (Key Performance Indicator/s) are met and reflected during performance evaluation.

Qualifications

• Must possess excellent English communication skills.

• Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills for the purpose of engaging the clients in signing up.

• Excellent organization and management capabilities, including being a team player and

achiever.

• Must have the ability to deal and work under pressure in order to achieve the KPI set by the company.

Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Up to Php20,000.00 per month
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
