- Assists the Operations Coordinator in the overall company operations and ensures that all directives are followed to the letter. Maintains the filing system for operations and provides primary support to company-wide bidding activities.
1.Communicates with the store supervisors (main store and branches) and product consultants and ensures that all directives are observed.
2.Initiates action on the operational concerns relayed by store supervisors and product consultants, makes follow-ups on their developments and sees to it that the Operations Coordinator is always informed.
3.Follows–through purchasing and warehousing concerns with concerned staff and requesting parties (Sales & Marketing Units).
4.Serves as traffic controller for tasks assigned to Company Driver and General Services Staff and facilitates/monitors their day–to–day activities.
5.Coordinates security matters with assigned guards at BCI–Main and at all the other branches.
6.Prepares/compiles/collates all legal/financial/technical documents and other requirements/attachments for bidding activities.
7.Issues Delivery Receipts for items/stocks intended for Marketing deliveries.
8.Maintains an effective filing system for all transactions of the Operations Division.
9.Coordinates with Engineering, Human Resource, Finance MIS/IT/MMU any and all management–approved executions.
10.Assists in the observance of company–set procedures in all transactions being handled.
11.Does other tasks, as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php481.00 per day
