Carmudi, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cardekho Group in India. It is India’s biggest digital automotive solutions provider / tech platform. Outside India, it operates oto.com in Indonesia and Carmudi / Zigwheels in Philippines.
Carmudi was recently acquired and now the group plans to scale and grow its Philippines business across multiple business lines and categories.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Receive, observe and process application documents from the Account Management Team
2. Verify from both internal and external databases and sources to confirm customer information and in order to proceed with the application.
3. Update/record verified information or data which may include compiling, coding, calculating, tagging, etc.
4. Tracks the daily applications of Auto Loans, and provides status of each
5. Escalate/coordinate with superior identified issues or deviation on standard policies, processes and systems.
6. Secures all data needed for future reports and analysis
7. Accomplishes all other duties that may be assigned from time to time
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
1. College graduate with a bachelor’s degree.
2. Should be fluent in communication in English
3. Capable of coordinating with multiple stakeholders including sales for maintaining data and tracking sales of our multiple products
4. Should possess basic excel skills like filtering and data reporting along with the capability maintaining data in a neat, concise and presentable format.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
