Job Description: Sales Manager - Refinance Business
Carmudi is a leading financial services provider in the Philippines. We're looking for a Sales Manager with 5-7 years of experience to lead our Refinance Business team. If you have a strong sales management background, deep understanding of refinance, OR/CR Sangla (Collateral Loan), and the financing sector, we want to hear from you.
Position Overview:
Lead our Refinance Business team to achieve targets and drive growth. Leverage your refinance expertise and solid sales management background to expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a sales team.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales officers
- Develop and execute sales strategies for refinance products.
- Build and maintain client relationships, focusing on OR/CR Sangla and Collateral Loans.
- Monitor sales metrics, analyze trends, and enhance performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless operations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and ethics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-7 years of proven sales management experience.
- Expertise in refinance, OR/CR Sangla, and Collateral Loans.
- Strong industry knowledge.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset for data-driven decisions.
