YOUR ROLE

Ensures day-to-day collection activities completed, including customer account research and query resolution, and communicates effectively with Sales and Customer Service teams
Reports overdue positions for assigned portfolio to Philippines and North America Key Accounts Managers
Supports Team Leader by handling day-to-day tasks such as reporting and addressing escalations

YOUR SKILLS

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business, or any relevant field
Preferably with at least one (1) year of experience in Finance and Accounting or related processes
Highly proficient in MS Office applications; Knowledge in SAP/Macro/SAP scripting knowledge is an advantage
Detail oriented, excellent negotiation and communication skills
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Amenable to work on a night shift schedule (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM), following US holidays, and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
