GENERAL FUNCTIONS
The Outsourcing Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of collection outsourcing activities, including the accreditation of external collection agencies and the management of internal support teams. The role entails ensuring that all third-party collection efforts align with the company’s standards for compliance, effectiveness, and efficiency.
SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS

• Manages relationships and coordinates with third-party service providers to ensure the adequacy of business operations support and the achievement of targets in accordance with established SLAs, guidelines, regulatory rules, and standards.
• Participate in policy and strategy formulation, overseeing implementation, monitoring results, and recommending changes as appropriate.
• Conducts regular portfolio reviews and coordinates with various units in the development and implementation of the collection program.

QUALIFICATIONS
Must Haves:
· Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Banking and Finance, or any related field required.
· Proven experience of at least 3-5 years in a managerial role within a collections environment, particularly in managing third-party agencies
· Strong understanding of the collection agency industry and related regulatory guidelines, industry practices, and trends.
· Strong project management skills.
Desirable:
· Certifications in collection management, risk management or compliance
· Experience in financial services or a related industry dealing with credit and loans.
· Strong project management skills.
