ROLE SUMMARY
As the Employee Engagement Specialist, you will oversee the planning and execution of all company engagement initiatives.
WORK SCHEDULE: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time, follows Philippine holidays
POSITION TYPE: Full Time
WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Conduct relevant and proactive communication to engage employees
• Manage the coordination and participation in planned events
• Identify and manage vendors and external partners as needed
• Create, maintain, and analyze data gathered from the employee engagement activities (attendance, satisfaction, etc.)
• Act as the Moderator for DOXA VIP Communities (SIG)
• Serve as the overall in-charge of the VIP experience for engagement initiatives of the company
• Manage and monitor the Team Engagement Fund
• Handle the company's community service program
• Check channels of satisfaction/engagement indicators such as social media, Kamustahan output, townhalls, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A bachelor’s degree in the related field is an advantage
• 3-5 years of experience as a generalist or an engagement specialist
• Experience from a BPO company is a plus
• Experience in a multi-client environment
• Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications
• Strong organization, oral and written communication skills
• Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
• Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation
• Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
