Part-Time HR & Admin Assistant (Remote) – Staffing Agency (25h/week)
We're looking for a detail-oriented HR & Admin Assistant to join our team at Agent Sync.

About the Position:

• Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-1pm MNL time.
• Compensation: 550 AUD/month
• Availability: Can start ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for clients and staff partners
• Assist in payroll administration, including timesheet and leave request reviews
• Assist in client invoicing computation, generation, and tracking
• Provide administrative support to the OBM
• Generate ad-hoc and scheduled weekly and/monthly reports
• Maintain and organise internal databases and documentation
• Help coordinate staff meetings and internal events
• Provide auxiliary support to the Recruitment Team during peak hiring ramps
• Other general administrative duties as required

Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior experience in HR and administrative roles (remote experience preferred)
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with payroll and basic employment law is a plus
