Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service over the phone, resolving complex issues, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Provide top-notch customer service over the phone: You will respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution: You will provide accurate and helpful information to customers, using your excellent communication skills to resolve issues and build strong relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions: You will accurately record all customer interactions and transactions, using your attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain high-quality records.

Needed Qualifications:
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should possess:

• High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
• Good Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be interacting with customers over the phone.
• With or without BPO experience: We welcome candidates with or without BPO experience, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
