About the Role
The Platform Excellence Manager is the key liaison for all e-commerce platforms, overseeing both Business-As-Usual (BAU) and growth projects. This role involves coordinating with e-commerce platforms on short- and long-term plans, facilitating changes with the Commercial Department, and analyzing best practices for platform improvements and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor the e-commerce platform calendar for campaigns and events.
Coordinate with various e-commerce platforms to align on future goals and plans.
Act as the overall project manager for all company and platform growth initiatives.
Serve as the point person for platform improvements and strategy development.
Collaborate with platform and internal stakeholders to gather and implement best practices.
Create and organize business reports to support major decision-making and future planning.
Manage stakeholder engagement and coordination to ensure project timelines and requirements are met.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably within e-commerce platforms or the retail industry.
Experience in platform handling is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills:

Project Management expertise.
Experience in the platform, retail/merchandise, and e-commerce industries.
Knowledge of how to maximize platform promotions and campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
