JOB MAIN FUNCTION:
The main job responsibilities are to ensure smooth online retail processes by overseeing logistics, inventory management, customer experience, data analysis, and managing the daily store operations across multiple e-commerce platforms. You will be in charge of managing inventory, optimizing product listings, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the website is running smoothly. Additionally, you will be responsible for customer service, order fulfillment, and shipping logistics.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Managing the day-to-day store operations in e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, and Tiktok).
· Analyze and report on e-commerce performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
· Manage and optimize presence on Shopee, Lazada, and Tiktok, including product listings.
· Manage inventory, supply chain, and logistics to optimize product availability.
· Work with suppliers, manufacturers, and shipping partners to launch new products and secure efficient pricing and costs.
· Analyzing website data to determine the most popular products or factors that may influence customers’ buying behavior.
· Managing and monitoring social media platforms.
· Possessing a full understanding of best practices in SEO, pricing, media assets, and inventory.
· Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
· Led and mentored e-commerce team members to develop their skills and achieve company goals.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage.
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient e-commerce operations, including inventory management, logistics, and customer support.
· Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to e-commerce operations.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, and other related business courses
· With at least 3-5 years of experience as an E-commerce Manager or similar role
· Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and technologies
· Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and CRO methodologies
· Excellent organizational and project management skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
· Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing principles
· Must have skills in image editing and graphic design
