Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Podcast Coordinator to facilitate communication between podcast talent and our video team. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth editing and distribution of podcast episodes across all platforms, helping us to deliver high-quality content consistently.
Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with podcast talent to schedule recording sessions and ensure smooth communication.
• Collaborate with the video editing team to ensure timely editing and distribution of podcast episodes.
• Manage the uploading and scheduling of episodes across various podcast platforms.
• Assist in developing podcast content ideas and formats that align with our brand vision.
• Track and analyze podcast performance metrics, providing insights for improvement.
• Maintain an organized content calendar and oversee deadlines for all podcast projects.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards in all podcast materials.
• Facilitate feedback sessions with talent and the editing team to refine processes and enhance content quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Media Studies, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in podcast production or a related media field is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Audacity) is a plus.
• Familiarity with various podcast hosting platforms (e.g., Spotify, Apple Podcasts).
• Passion for storytelling and a keen interest in business, lifestyle, politics, finance, and culture.
