Requirements:- Proven experience as a Power Apps Developer or similar role, preferably in the context of managing SOV portfolios.
- 5+ years of experience implementing enterprise data solutions with Microsoft BI stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI) and data analytics proficiency.
- Experience developing and supporting Microsoft BI and reporting capabilities ( Power BI, Power Pivot, Power View , SQL Server Reporting Services.)
- Strong proficiency in MS Power Apps for front-end development and creating user-friendly interfaces.
- Extensive knowledge of MS Power Automate for back-end processing and workflow automation.
- Solid understanding of MS SQL Server, including the creation and optimization of Stored Procedures and Views.
- Experience working with MS Share Point for document management and collaboration.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, particularly in using the Power Query editor for data manipulation and report generation.
- Familiarity with MS Word in Development Mode for dynamic document template creation.
- Proficient in working with MS Outlook for email communication and coordination.
- Familiarity with JSON for data interchange and integration purposes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Our work schedule is from Tuesday to Saturday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Philippine time. We use Hubstaff to time track work hours and monitor productivity output.
We have paid leave, holiday pay, performance bonus, 13th month pay and team training and development.

Your Mission: Develop and Innovate
1. Power Apps Development and Maintenance
- Architect and Innovate: Design, develop, and enhance a Power Apps-based application that manages statement of values (SOVs) for commercial and residential properties, driving efficiency in risk analysis, quote generation, and policy rating.
- User-Centric Design: Implement intuitive front-end functionalities using MS Power Apps, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly interface.
- Workflow Automation: Utilize MS Power Automate for back-end processing, optimizing data flow, system integration, and automation to streamline operations.
- Database Mastery: Leverage MS SQL Server and T-SQL to create and optimize Stored Procedures and Views for efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Document Management: Manage documents, templates, and reports within MS Share Point to enhance collaboration and maintain organized document flow.
- Advanced Reporting: Use the Power Query editor in MS Excel to connect to MS SQL Server and generate comprehensive, insightful reports.
- Dynamic Document Creation: Develop dynamic document templates in MS Word using Development Mode, ensuring consistency and precision in all generated documents.
- Communication Integration: Seamlessly integrate the application with MS Outlook to enable efficient email communication and notification capabilities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and translate needs into functional solutions.
- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with other systems and technologies, delivering a cohesive user experience.
- Innovation and Learning: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously improving the application's functionality and performance.
- Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the application meets the highest standards of quality and reliability.
- Proven Expertise: Extensive experience as a Power Apps Developer, ideally within the insurance or real estate sectors, managing SOV portfolios.
- Technical Prowess: Strong proficiency in MS Power Apps for front-end development, MS Power Automate for back-end workflows, and MS SQL Server for data management.
- Comprehensive Knowledge: Familiarity with MS Share Point for document management, MS Excel's Power Query for advanced reporting, and MS Word for document automation.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in JSON for data interchange and integration, and experience with MS Outlook for communication workflows.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
