Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Support Efficiency

• Oversee the end-to-end web development lifecycle, from initial concept through to deployment and maintenance.
• Utilize operational data to drive decisions, improve processes, and enhance service delivery.
• Collaborate with other service unit managers and department heads to streamline workflows and optimize resource allocation.
• Proactively address operational challenges to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
• Implement best practices for project management and ensure that all projects adhere to industry standards and client requirements.

2. Team Leadership: Performance Development & Efficiency

• Lead and mentor a team of web designers, developers, and project managers, providing clear direction and support.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and identify opportunities for professional development and training.
• Collaborate with HR and senior management to recruit and onboard top talent, ensuring the team has the right skills and resources to succeed.
• Monitor team productivity, track key performance metrics, and use data-driven insights to enhance team efficiency and project quality.
• Create a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

3. Service Delivery and Quality Assurance

• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of website projects across various platforms, including Word Press, Shopify, Big Commerce, and Webflow.
• Establish and enforce quality assurance standards to ensure all web projects are delivered to the highest quality.
• Conduct regular project reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure effective communication with stakeholders and clients, aligning project objectives with client expectations.
• Stay current with emerging web technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve service delivery.

4. Cross-Collaboration with Account Managers

• Partner with Account Managers to understand client needs, align web strategies with business goals, and provide exceptional client support.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing between the web development team and Account Managers to maintain a comprehensive understanding of products and services.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and account growth by recommending technical enhancements and additional services.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and Account Managers, ensuring accurate documentation of client requirements and expectations.
• Collaborate on client engagement plans to ensure proactive and personalized client experiences.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience in a leadership role within web development operations, particularly in managing large teams of web designers, developers, and project managers.
• Strong technical expertise in website development platforms such as Word Press, Shopify, Big Commerce, and Webflow.
• In-depth understanding of the web development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on building collaborative relationships across teams and departments.
• Experience using data to drive decisions and improve operational efficiency.
• Ability to stay current with the latest web technologies and industry trends.

Our work schedule is from Tuesday to Saturday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Philippine time. We use Hubstaff to time track work hours and monitor productivity output.
We have paid leave, holiday pay, performance bonus, 13th month pay and team training and development.
