About the Role
Join Launchpad as a Product Intern and gain valuable experience working closely with cross-functional teams to help shape software products. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to learn how to translate business requirements into actionable product plans, develop project management skills, and collaborate with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering, documenting, and prioritising product requirements
• Support the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps and backlogs
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure delivery aligns with requirements and timelines
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product improvements
• Participate in sprint planning and review meetings
• Monitor product performance and gather feedback to propose enhancements

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of product management principles and Agile methodologies
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to analyse data and draw insights to support decision-making
• Interest in problem-solving and delivering user-centric products
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira) is advantageous but not required
