About the role:
Join our team as Product Operations and Support Specialist and be a part of our exciting transition to transform the future of education!
As our Product Operations and Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing product-level support, product data and insights, and tactical product reviews. You will work with client support teams in assisting customers by facilitating product-level support.
This role is under our Global Product Development Department and will report to the Head of Product Development/Product Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Product-level Support and Review:
- Work with client support teams in assisting customers by facilitating product-level support (internal, external/social media)
- Enforce product support processes and develop the knowledge base and FAQs for product support activities.
- Product Data Analytics and Reports:
- Prepare product data analytics, reports, and dashboards to inform product delivery, strategy, and other business teams.
- Work with support and engineering teams to evaluate complex customer problems, identify root causes, and derive resolutions.
- Analyze customer suggestions and patterns on issues, as well as industry trends and market demands, to recommend product enhancements.
- Work with the development team on performance analysis of new products and enhancements.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in IT, Communication, Business Management, or Education
- At least 2 years of working experience in product operations or product support
- Expertise in data analysis (SQL, Big Query management) is a must
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Interpersonal skills as required in regularly being in contact with multiple teams, stakeholders, and/or customers
- Strong ability to prioritize workload
- Capacity to clearly explain a technical problem to a customer/colleague
- Outstanding listening and questioning skills
Work location: Remote, Work-from-home
Work schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Manila Time)
