Production Engineering (Set - Up) Supervisor

- Must be a Graduate of any Engineering Course (preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering)
- Must be knowledgeable on Machine Qualification and Machine FMEA
- With experience in Machine troubleshooting and repair ; set -up and commissioning
- Implement planning processes and activities for maintenance and set up execution.
- Responsible to set-up new machines intended for event and mass production; commission and quality machine before endorsement to event and mass production.
- Strategic planning, execution and monitoring of preventive maintenance and set up activities in a timely manner.
- Manage control resources in order to facilitate maintenance and set-up plans.
- Prepare and review defined KPI for maintenance strategy.
- Propose and create Kigyo as necessary.
- Enable create countermeasure on possible delay and failure on PM and set-up activities.
- Implementation of Total productive maintenance to maximize equipment efficiency.
- Participate and support internal Audit , 2nd party and customer audits.
- Promote continuous improvement to achieve plans for the future growth within the company.
- Collaborate to other departments within FALP or to FAS/FAPV to develop new methods and standard to improve machine condition, performance and operation.
- Exhibits logical thinking reasoning, result oriented, leading, organizing and controlling skills.
- Enable to showcase and utilize expertise and strengths of every team member.
- Good disposition in implementing disciplinary action to erring employee.
- Evaluate performance of Subordinates for employment status, appraisal and promotion purposes.
Pay: Php21,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per month
