QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering
• With at least 6 months experience as Customer Support
• Has background in problem solving methodology

JOB SUMMARY:

• Personnel in-charge of handling customer complaints received
• Conducts investigation (process check, simulations, etc) as response to the received complaints
• Implements corrective and preventive actions based on identified problems during investigation and check its effectiveness after implementation

Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
