BASIC FUNCTION:
Responsible in processing the lot at production area as per standard manufacturing procedure with a high quality and productivity.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Responsible for proper housekeeping (5S) of place and work area.
2.Checks and prepares the needed materials, equipment and tools in his/her station.
3.Records the hourly productivity and downtime for piece rate and manhour charging to customer.
4.Meets / exceeds the required productivity standard and follow order of priority based on shipment prioritization set by customer
5.Maintains quality of product at its acceptable level.
6.Follows manufacturing standard operating procedure of his/her station set by the customer to prevent findings
7.Complies with the company rules and regulations.
8.Follows work schedule assigned by the superior
9.Observes proper start-up, break time, knock-off time
10.Maintains good relationships with peers and superior.
11.Ensures application of quality policy of the company in his/ her area of responsibilities
12.Participates in all activities related to Process , Safety and Quality Improvement.
13.Performs other function as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
QUALIFICATIONS:
*With 20/20 vision
*Female/Male
*High School graduate;Vocational or College level
*With experience from semi-conductor company is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php520.00 per day
