Job Requirement:

• Graduate of any Business Course or Vocational Course
• With 1 to 2 years of experience in Production, Inventory and Warehousing.
• Experience in Manufacturing Industry and PEZA is an advantage
• Meticulous, attention to detail and accuracy, and with experience in data gathering and analysis
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel

Job Description:
1. Monitors and check inventory level and issuance.
2. Accommodates requisition from production and other departments (MRF and Stock Check).
3. Update inventory records, receiving reports, weekly & monthly inventory monitoring, delivery requirements, etc.
4. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, performs 5'S.
5. Support Pull-out and arrange orders for delivery.
6. Verify inventory computation by comparing them to physical counts of stock and investigate discrepancy or adjust errors with immediate superior consent.
7. Responsible for ensuring that the proper procedure in receiving, handling, storage and issuance of raw materials are followed.
8. Issues corrective and preventive actions needed for logistics efficiency.
9. Ensure and follow company policies, targets and objectives in terms of environmental aspect.
10. Maintain clean and hazard free working area to ensure safety and healthy environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
