About the job:

• Oversee overall production operation to meet daily schedule adherence, yield, quality and Inventory of the Department
• Lead focal person to investigate customer complaints and provide appropriate corrective actions.
• Lead continuous improvement activity in the department including leading gemba walks.
• Provide technical guidance to the team and leading projects that are complex in nature.
• Provide guidance to the Daily task of Production Engineers, including training, project coaching, etc.
• Daily interaction with the engineering, maintenance and supply chain departments to attain achieve daily production plan.
• Primary contributor to the safe and efficient production operation

About you:

• B.S. Enginering Graduate
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Trained / Certified (Preferred)
• Excellent Presentation Skills,
• Background in Minitab and SAP,
• At least 5 years of experience at a supervisor level
• Excellent Leadership and Planning Skills

1 - Experience in Mold, Plating, Singulation, and Test
1 - Experience in FOL - DIE ATTACH, WB, and 3rd optical
