JOB SUMMARY

• Facilitates and oversees the implementation of all ACCESS TB Project Strategies in assigned geographical areas. Manages the conduct of activities that will contribute to the accomplishment of all GF TB indicators. Ensures timely and efficient disbursement of funds supporting the identified activities and tasks. Submission of accurate reports on time.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepares for and Facilitates Orientation Meetings and Consultative Sessions various ACCESS TB Strategies (MDRTB, TCP, TBHIV, ITIS, etc);
• Prepares relevant contracts/MOAs/LOAs in consultation with and agreement of partners;
• Provides technical assistance to the CHDs, LGUs, treatment facilities, laboratories, and other project partners as needed;4
• Facilitates and/or assists in the various ACCESS TB activities including logistic requirements in coordination with project partners;
• Oversees the conduct of the identified activities as needed;
• Supervises and monitors service contractors and/or Sub Recipient(s) in covered sites to ensure accomplishment of relevant indicators;
• Prepares and submits regular reports and as required;
• Regularly conducts on-site or convened data validation;
• Conduct regular monitoring and mentoring to all treatment facilities and laboratories under the support of the grant;
• Organizes and coordinates training/capacity building;
• Ensures compliance of supervisees to PBSP policies and guidelines;
• Assists Strategy and Area Manager (SAM), RTL, M&E Team in the preparation of Program Update and Disbursement Request (PUDR);

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php31,000.00 - Php36,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Project management: 2 years (Required)
• dealing with an NGO, LGUs and DOH: 1 year (Preferred)
