• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Must be a licensed Architect
• At least 3 - 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 1 - 3 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
• Highly organized, trustworthy and keen on details.
• Above average literacy on computer operations.
• Liaises with Design Architect on modifications required, and with construction professional about the feasibility of potential project.
• Oversees day-to-day operations and provide daily site report and issues that arises on site to MD/ Project Manage.
• Skilled in CAD, Sketchup and V-Ray
