Responsible in managing, coordinating, and completing a specific project for a wastewater treatment plant and coordinating with headquarters.

• Defines, ensures implementation, and adapts the project realization strategy.
• Guarantees the application of QHSE rules in his/her area.
• Autonomous in the definition of the objective and baseline values.
• Controls the costs (margin objective), quality, lead times and technical performance of the project for which she /he is responsible.
• Organizes and steers relationships with external stakeholder in the context of long-term relationships (beyond the project). Defines and implements a contractual strategy (including company representation during claims and litigation.
• Leads, coordinates and federates his/her team around the business strategy.
• Ensures and encourages good relationships with internal stakeholders (subsidiary managers In the various departments of the organization) in the context of long-term relationships (beyond the project).
• Defines and implements strategies, aiming to develop opportunities in his/her business and beyond.
• Identifies, analyses and manages the risks in the area for which he/she is responsible.
• Issues reports on his/her area of responsibility.
• Directs the REX (Return of Experience).

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years' related experience in water and wastewater treatment plant EPC or O&M projects.
• Good knowledge of UCD water treatment plant and MBBR Wastewater treatment plant or any Municipal water projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree qualification in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering) or any relevant course.
• Registered Engineer (RME, RCE or REE) on any related Professional License.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient user of Word, Excel, Power point, MS Project and Management skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month
