Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Property Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our high-end properties. You will be responsible for understanding clients' needs and delivering exceptional service that aligns with Alveo Land Corp.'s values and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Alveo Land Corp. properties to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
- Conduct site visits and presentations to prospective buyers.
- Assist clients in understanding the features and benefits of the properties.
- Stay updated on the latest real estate trends and market conditions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Residing in or around Alabang, Laguna, or Cavite.
- Strong sales acumen and customer-focused mindset.
- Experience in real estate is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
