RLC is the real estate arm of JG Summit Holdings, Inc., a prominent conglomerate with interests in various industries.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Specialist at Robinsons Land Corporation in Manila, with flexibility for remote work. The Property Specialist will be responsible for managing commercial and residential real estate properties, facilitating sales transactions, providing customer service, and engaging in effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate
Sales expertise
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations in the Philippines
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Business, or related field
Professional certification in real estate (e.g., PRC license) is a plus
