Purchase to Pay (PTP) Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Process purchase orders and ensure proper authorization and documentation.
- Validate and process supplier invoices, resolving discrepancies and ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
- Manage supplier payments, including scheduling and executing transactions, and reconciling payment issues.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, payments, and supplier interactions.
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, and other departments to streamline processes and address any issues.
- Prepare and analyze reports on procurement and payment activities to support decision-making.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of PTP systems and tools.
- Address and resolve supplier queries and disputes in a timely manner.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of purchase to pay processes and financial controls.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
